Nala

Nala is a beautiful shepherd girl who is equal parts brains, beauty, and puppy enthusiasm. She's confident, affectionate, and full of life – the kind of dog who wants to be right in the middle of whatever her people are doing. Nala is smart, curious, and eager to connect, with just the right balance of independence and the classic shepherd devotion. She loves to be close to her people, always observant, loyal, and ready for the next adventure. Nala is still very much a puppy, learning and growing as she figures out the world. She was found wandering on a farm as a puppy and brought into our care.

Ideal Home

Nala enjoys having a canine playmate and would likely thrive in a home with another dog. While she may need slow introductions to new doggy friends, she’s a total love bug once she’s comfortable and ready to play! Nala has not been exposed to cats, so we are unsure how she would react to them.

Ongoing Health

Nala is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, sterilized, and dewormed. She appears to be in good health. Once fully grown, she will likely be between 50-70 lbs.

Training & Support

Nala is potty trained, crate trained, and generally has good house manners. She is currently in her "doggy teenage" phase, which means she might test boundaries and get easily distracted. With consistent, patient, and fun training sessions, she will blossom into an amazing adult dog. Nala considers leashes to be the enemy and has not had much exposure to them. With time, consistency, and patience, she can certainly learn to love leash walks!

Transporation

Nala is located in Kennewick, in Eastern Washington. She is well worth a road trip to meet, and transport may be available.
