Meet Mojo!
Mojo's story could have ended before it ever really began. After being surrendered to a shelter, Mojo found herself on the euthanasia list with an uncertain future. But even through everything she faced, she never stopped smiling. She never stopped believing there was something better waiting for her. Since coming into rescue, Mojo has undergone FHO surgery and tackled recovery like an absolute champion. Through every vet visit, every therapy session, and every obstacle placed in front of her, she has held onto the same joyful spirit that makes everyone fall in love with her.
Mojo is the kind of dog who wants to be wherever her people are. Whether it is a road trip, a walk around the neighborhood, or simply relaxing at home, she's happiest when she's part of the adventure. She adores children, loves meeting new people, and has never met a stranger for long. Just be warned - sometimes her excitement comes with an affectionate little love nibble as she tries to share how happy she is to see you. She's done well around other dogs and has even been respectful of kittens in foster care. Mojo does have some resource guarding tendencies, so she'll need a family willing to continue setting clear boundaries and advocating for her success. In return, she'll give you endless loyalty, laughter, and companionship. The best way to describe Mojo is resilient. She has every reason in the world to be bitter about the hand she was dealt, but instead she chooses joy. She wakes up every day ready to love, ready to explore, and ready to make the most of the second chance she was given. Now all she needs is a family to share it with. Mojo has survived the hard part. She's healed, she's thriving, and she's ready to find the forever home she has always deserved.
