Castle is a beautiful Husky mix who is just 1 year old and 46 pounds. He's the kind of dog who is discovering how wonderful life can be, and it is honestly a joy to watch! This sweet and beautiful boy loves every person he meets and greets new friends with a wagging tail and happy heart. He's living with an awesome foster family who share that he's dog-friendly, loves to play, and is learning more and more every day from his foster siblings. Castle loves other dogs and enjoys playtime, is super friendly, and has never met a stranger. He does great with kids who have respectful dog manners, is excellent on leash, and a great car rider. He is food motivated and eager to learn, starting to discover the fun of toys, and learning house manners with great potty-training progress. He sleeps quietly through the night and loves zooming around the yard. Castle thrives with structure and routine. He loves knowing what's next, whether that's his morning walk, evening stroll, dinner time, or hanging out with his people. He's still figuring out a few things, like TVs which are a little weird to him. Jumping into the car isn't his favorite, and while he's allowed on the furniture, nobody told Castle that yet, so you'll usually find him curled up peacefully on the floor instead. A home with another playful dog would be a huge bonus for Castle, but it's not a requirement. More than anything, he's looking for a family that will continue helping him build confidence, experience new things, and enjoy being a dog. Castle is so ready for a family of his own, one that will give him adventures, consistency, and all the love he deserves.
