Panda is a shy but sweet two-year-old, 50-pound Pittie mix with a mellow nature and a striking black and white coat, earning him his name. He loves to relax with a chew bone, go for daily walks, and play with his toys. Panda thrives on routine and would love a home that can provide him with structure. He's a rescue dog who is incredibly grateful for a loving home and will reward his adopter with endless unconditional love.
Ideal Home
Panda would be happiest in a quiet, serene suburban or rural environment. He will do well in a home with children aged 5 and up, provided they are respectful and gentle with him. Panda absolutely thrives in the company of other dogs, especially playful females, and we hope he will be one of multiple dogs in your home. He is not recommended for a home with cats.
Ongoing Health
Panda is a rescue and will require a patient adopter to allow him time to decompress and adjust to his new surroundings. Our behavior team and his foster mom will be available to offer guidance during this period.
Training & Support
Panda is kennel trained and house-trained. He is great on leash and enjoys tandem walks, forming a strong bond with his people through these excursions. He's also a seasoned professional when it comes to car rides, settling well in the backseat. Panda loves to snuggle up and will inch closer to you for cuddles on the couch or in bed.
