Kessa

Hiya Friends! My name is Kessa, and I'm a beautiful 1-1.5 year old female sable German Shepherd. I was wandering around on my own for quite a while, hungry and searching for a safe place. Thankfully, some kind people found me and brought me to the wonderful rescue! Since I'm still learning about life indoors, I'm working on house and crate training, and it's going well. I'm so excited to learn all the things, and I'd love for you to teach me! I hope you have a friendly, large dog at home for me to play with, because I love wrestling and playing zoomie tag.

Ideal Home

I would do best in a home with older children (10+) and would love to have a canine friend to play with. I cannot live in a home with cats. I am dreaming of a home where we can go on long walks, explore waterfalls, swim, and share pup-cups. I will need a patient family willing to help me complete my obedience training.

Ongoing Health

All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, and are spayed or neutered.

Training & Support

I need full obedience training. I'm still learning house and crate training, but it's going well. I'm eager to learn basic commands like sit, stay, come, and down, as well as leash work.

• Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters by appointment only.
• Due to the high volume of inquiries, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications.
• All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time.

Transporation

I am currently being fostered in Greeneville, TN and am available for transport. Transport to the East Coast is available for an additional fee.
