Cosmo is a 1-year-old Beagle mix with a big heart and a happy-go-lucky personality! He's a compact 13 inches tall and weighs 22 pounds. Cosmo was found as a stray and made his way to the big city looking for his forever family. He's playful, affectionate, and loves to give kisses – he'll even wash your face before you know it! Cosmo also enjoys a good cuddle and wants to be on the couch with his people.

Cosmo is an energetic pup who would thrive in an active home. He would do well with children and would also love a canine companion to play with. He enjoys attention and wants a family that will let him snuggle up close.
