Meet Sidney!

Sidney is a charming little guy with a big personality who's looking for a new home! This handsome small dog is reported to be crate trained and has experience living in a home with both dogs and cats. Sidney previously lived with three dog-savvy cats and generally did well, though he may occasionally chase them. Because of this, he'd do best with confident, cat-savvy feline friends who are comfortable around dogs. He's also lived successfully with another older small dog and is happy to meet canine friends. As always, any resident dogs should meet Sidney to ensure they're a good match. Sidney has been reported to do well with children, but because he can be protective of valued items, we're recommending a home with children ages 10 and up who can understand and respect his boundaries. If you're looking for a sweet little companion who's already crate trained and ready to settle into a loving home, Sidney may be a great addition to your family!

Ideal Home

Ongoing Health

Sidney is reported to be spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sidney is crate trained. He may occasionally chase cats, so continued guidance with this will be beneficial.

Sidney is located at the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland in Westbrook, ME. We are able to transport to surrounding areas.
