Dixie

Dixie is a sweet and spirited 12-year-old Chihuahua who came to us as part of a group of 18 dogs from a hoarding situation. Despite her past, Dixie has shown incredible resilience and has recovered beautifully. She has had mammary tumors removed and her dental health addressed. Now, she's a happy, healthy girl who is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Dixie is also crate trained and remains very active, showering her humans with love. She's a wonderful companion who would be a great addition to many homes.

Ideal Home

Dixie would do well in a home with other dogs or as the sole furry companion. She is also good with children.

Ongoing Health

Dixie has had mammary tumors removed and received dental care. She is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.

Dixie is crate trained.
