Meet Hassie!

Hassie is a charming 2-year-old, 41lb cattle dog mix who's ready for anything. She's smart, loyal, and loves being with her people, but with a delightful twist – she's as much a professional cuddle buddy as she is an adventure companion. Hassie's journey began in a North Texas shelter where she was given a second chance by a rescue, and now she's eager to find her forever home. She's dog-friendly, crate trained, potty trained, and always up for a hike, road trip, or a relaxing day by your side.

Ideal Home

Hassie would be happiest in a home with older children or adults who understand and appreciate the herding instincts of her breed. She also needs a cat-free home, as cats are a definite no-go for her.

Ongoing Health

Hassie is a healthy girl with no known ongoing health concerns.

Training & Support

Hassie has natural herding instincts and can sometimes get a little too enthusiastic about moving things that are fast-moving, like small children. Understanding and redirecting these instincts will help her thrive.
