Violet

Meet Violet! This sweet and loyal girl, around 1.5 years old, is ready to find her forever home. Violet had a rough start, found roaming the streets of Houston, TX, but she's come through it with a heart full of trust and love to give. She's a world-class cuddler who will army crawl across any surface to get to you for affection, and her tongue is often playfully sticking out. Violet is incredibly loyal and has a unique obsession with the hose, enjoying a good game of tug.

Ideal Home

Violet would thrive in a home that can help build her confidence. She's good with dogs of all sizes and actually gains confidence from having canine companions, so a dog friend would be a great addition to her new family. While kid-friendly, she can be a little scared of loud little ones, so a home with a calmer environment might be best. She is also terrified of squeaky toys.

Ongoing Health

Violet is spayed, vaccinated, and has no known ongoing health issues.

Training & Support

Violet is fully potty trained and walks beautifully on a leash. She already knows "sit" and is making great progress with place and crate training. Continued training to build her confidence will be key to her continued success.
