At almost 7 years old, Astra has lived enough life to know what really matters: love, connection, and someone to throw the ball... again and again. This stunning German Shepherd/Husky mix is great with people and has been cat-tested, showing polite indifference towards cats. Weighing in at 75 lbs, she's big enough to wrap her paws around you — and gentle enough to win over your heart without even trying. Astra adores people, and is good with kids. Astra thrives when she's part of the action, not just a dog in the background. Whether it's a walk in the park, playtime in the yard, belly rubs or curling up after a long day.

Astra is housebroken, crate trained, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

Training & Support

Astra knows all the basics: “sit,” “stay,” “paw,” “down,” and “come.” Her favorite game is fetch, and tennis balls are the joy of her life!
