Luna

Hi there! My name is Luna, and I'm a sweet and beautiful 3-year-old girl looking for my forever home. I'm a friendly and outgoing pup who loves cuddles. I also enjoy a good game of fetch with a tennis ball, though I'm still learning how to bring it back! I'm at the shelter with my sister, Blanca, but we shouldn't be adopted together as we've developed littermate syndrome and sometimes guard our food and toys from each other. I'm generally friendly with other dogs and children, but if you're not experienced with resource guarding, I might not be the best fit for a home with very young children or other pets. I originally came from a Spanish-speaking home, but I'm a quick learner and can pick up English commands too! I may do best in a cat-free environment. I'm eager to become your next best companion!

A home that understands and can manage resource guarding. I would not be a good fit for a home with small children or other dogs if you are not familiar with this. A cat-free home is also preferred.

I am spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I'm still learning to bring back toys during fetch and I exhibit resource guarding behaviors with my sister. Guidance on managing resource guarding would be beneficial. I can learn commands in English.
