Batman came to us paralyzed after a spinal injury. Today, he’s walking, running, and playing like he never got the memo that he was “supposed” to stay down. His gait is a little wobbly, sure, but it’s pure determination in motion. He controls his poop for the most part, but his bladder leaks — nothing a simple belly band can’t handle. What he really needs is someone who can see beyond that and love him for his heart, not his hurdles.
