Cookie Boo is a sweet girl who found herself back at the shelter through no fault of her own due to a change in her family's situation. She's now dreaming of a stable, loving home where she can share her affection and loyalty. She's already spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has tested negative for heartworm, so she's all set for her next adventure.

Ideal Home

Cookie Boo is wonderful with children and would love to be part of a family that cherishes them. While she can be selective with other dogs and would need a proper introduction to any potential canine siblings, she is unfortunately not a good fit for homes with cats. She's looking for a calm and caring environment where she can truly relax and be a cherished member of the family.

Ongoing Health

Cookie Boo has protein-losing enteropathy, which means her protein levels can run low. She's doing very well with a special diet that includes extra protein to help her stay healthy and happy.
