Meet Hachi!

Hachi is a resilient and loving companion who spent most of his early life in an outdoor kennel, rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite his past, Hachi has a heart of gold and a gentle spirit, eager to experience the joys of a loving home. He's a people-loving dog who thrives on human connection, adoring belly rubs, cozy beds, and quality time with his family. Hachi is wonderful with children and approaches every new encounter with a wagging tail and a friendly disposition. He's a medium-energy boy who enjoys adventures but is also content to relax by your side.

Ideal Home

Hachi is looking for a home where he can be included, cherished, and loved. He would do best with slow introductions to other dogs and generally prefers confident canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Hachi is still working on gaining weight after years of being underfed. He is currently around 50 lbs and his ideal weight is closer to 60 lbs.

Training & Support

Hachi is crate trained and potty trained, making him ready to settle into a home environment. He can be a bit of a "big tough guy" with more timid dogs, so confident canine friends are recommended.
