Dayna

Dayna is a gorgeous, 2-year-old foxhound who weighs about 40 pounds. She has beautiful eyes and a sweet, playful personality, making her a truly special companion. Dayna can be quite a silly and independent girl, always ready for an adventure. She's also great with cats and dogs!

Ideal Home

Dayna's ideal home will provide her with plenty of exercise, especially outdoors. She absolutely loves nature and going for walks, where she can explore, meet new people and dogs, splash in streams, and follow intriguing scents. A fenced yard would be a bonus, but her heart truly belongs to the great outdoors and exciting walks.

Ongoing Health

Dayna is a healthy girl with no ongoing health concerns mentioned.

Training & Support

Dayna is very food-driven, which makes her eager to please once she knows treats are involved. She walks fairly well on a leash but will pull when she catches the scent of deer or fox, a common trait for her breed. With continued positive reinforcement and an understanding of her breed's instincts, she'll be a fantastic walking buddy.
