Moose

Moose is a charming adult male Chihuahua and Dachshund mix who is ready to find his forever home! He was rescued from a difficult hoarding situation and, sadly, has spent his entire life up to this point in a cage. Despite his past, Moose is a very kind-hearted boy who just needs a little extra time and patience to warm up to new people. He absolutely blossoms when he gets to play outside and is a big fan of snuggles and cuddles.

Ideal Home

Moose would be most comfortable in a home with only women, as he is terrified of men. He needs a patient and understanding environment where he can feel safe and gradually build his confidence.

Ongoing Health

Moose is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and has been treated with Advantix for fleas and ticks. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Moose may need some extra time to adjust and come out of his shell. Consistent positive reinforcement, plenty of playtime, and lots of affection will help him thrive.
