26-011 Yeti

Yeti is a middle-aged gentleman, estimated to be between 4-6 years old, who is active, engaged, and very toy motivated! He enjoys his playtime and is absolutely not destructive. He was recently tested in a supervised 20-minute period in a basement and did nothing but calmly explore and play with his toys – no chaos, just a good boy! Yeti is doing well around the resident dogs, he doesn’t escalate even when another dog gets close with a favorite ball. The key to success with Yeti is to have respectful dogs who know how to back off when warned; that’s the kind of dynamic he thrives in. He would not be a good match for a home with dogs that are too similar and too intense with toys, but toy-loving dogs can absolutely coexist with Yeti as long as there is structure and mutual respect. Yeti is not a couch ornament; he’s an engaged, toy-loving gentleman who needs structure, appropriate dog matches, and a home that understands how to manage play respectfully. He’s settling in more each day and is ready to find his forever home!
