If at any time the buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the dog, the buyer agrees to notify Treena Edwards immediately. The buyer must not surrender the dog to a shelter, rescue, or third party, nor sell, rehome, or euthanize the dog without prior written consent. Treena Edwards retains the right of first refusal and must be given the opportunity to reclaim the dog, without refund, before any other arrangements are made.
