Frijol

Frijol is a handsome 7-year-old gentleman who has overcome incredible odds to find his way to us. Despite a difficult past where he was abandoned and left with broken back legs, Frijol is a true survivor. His legs healed improperly, but he learned to walk again, proving his resilience and determination. He was then left at a shelter with the heartbreaking request for euthanasia, but thankfully, a foster mom stepped in to give him the love and safety he deserved. Now, his foster mom can no longer keep him, and Frijol is hoping for a loving forever home where he can finally experience the happiness he so richly deserves. He still loves people deeply and has a lot of love to give.

Ideal Home

Frijol would do best as the only dog in the home, where he can be the center of attention.

Ongoing Health

Frijol's back legs have healed but not perfectly. He walks with some discomfort, but he is mobile and gets around well.

Training & Support

Frijol is house-trained. He is a resilient and loving dog who will thrive with patience and affection.
