Ideal Home
Oliver Bear is looking for a home where he can continue to learn and grow. Because he's new to the shelter, we don't have a lot of information about his past experiences, so we'll need to see how he does with any resident children or pets.
Ongoing Health
Oliver Bear has received his DAPPL, Rabies, and Bordatella vaccines. He is microchipped and will come with a Cuyahoga County license. It will be important for his new family to take him to their own veterinarian within two weeks of adoption to ensure he receives any necessary follow-up vaccinations.
Training & Support
As Oliver Bear is still getting acquainted with us, we're learning about his preferences and needs. Most of our dogs come to us as strays, so we don't always know about their previous living situations or if they are house-trained. We're working on understanding his behavior, and we're happy to share what we learn with his potential adopters.

- All available dogs are posted for adoption and are generally available for direct adoption from the kennel.
- We require scheduled meet-and-greets in advance, as walk-ins are not currently accepted.
- It's a great idea to check our available dogs online first to see who might be a good fit for your home before scheduling a meeting.
- If you have children or other pets, they must be present for the meet-and-greet.
- Once you've found a potential match and completed the process, if the dog is already spayed/neutered, they may be able to go home with you the same day. Otherwise, they will go home after their surgery.
