Darby Lower Fee!

Darby is a sweet 8-month-old Aussie/Heeler mix who was born into rescue with her littermates. She had a happy puppyhood playing with her siblings, but a long-distance transport to a previous adoptive home proved to be a very traumatic experience for her. As a result, Darby is currently fearful of new people. She is a wonderfully loving dog once she feels safe, and we are confident that with patience and guidance, she can blossom.

Ideal Home

Darby would do best in a home without children, at least until she gains more confidence. A quiet and patient environment where she can decompress and learn to trust will be key to her happiness.

Ongoing Health

Darby is up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Darby is currently working through her fearfulness. We have a trainer in Doylestown, PA, who can continue to assist her. Alternatively, working with your own trainer is also an option, and we are confident that her adjustment issues are fixable with a little work and understanding.
