Because she’s still young, Sunshine has a playful, puppy-like enthusiasm for life. She loves to move, explore, and stay active, so she would thrive with a family who enjoys walks, playtime, and adventure. With a little guidance and consistency, she’ll grow into an amazing lifelong companion.

Sunshine is also naturally alert and protective, which means she could make a wonderful watchdog while still being a loving family member. Whether she’s keeping an eye on the house or curling up after a day of fun, she’s happiest when she’s with her people.

*We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the app Life360, and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.

*Our adoption fees are based on the vetting we put into each dog. Fees for puppies (under 12 months) are higher because they require more vetting than dogs over 1 year.

*Listed breed and age are based on a best guess estimation by rescue and veterinary staff; DNA tests are not included in adoption. *Our adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.
