Phoenix has overcome difficulties and is ready to show off the amazing dog she is! Found as a stray in rough shape with emaciated and weak hind legs, she was incredibly sweet and friendly when rescued. We are committed to finding Phoenix a forever home where she can truly shine. She has enjoyed time in a foster home and is reported to be extremely cuddly, loving to be around people and other dogs. Phoenix is smart and knows several commands, is potty and crate trained, and was a joy to train thanks to her food motivation. She walked well both on and off leash and enjoys playing with her doggy friends. Overall, Phoenix is a loving, playful, smart dog who will thrive in a home that can offer her affection, structure, and fun. She'll keep you laughing with her antics and melt into your arms for snuggles afterward.
