Meet Buccee! This adorable little guy is a bundle of joy, ready to bring endless happiness to his forever home. Buccee's mom was a brave stray found near a busy freeway, and thankfully, she and her pups were rescued. A day later, she safely delivered Buccee and his siblings. Born on March 19, 2026, Buccee is a playful and sweet male pup who will be ready for adoption at 12 weeks old, after receiving all his vaccinations and a microchip. He currently weighs about 4 pounds and is estimated to grow into a medium to large-sized dog, with his mom weighing around 60 pounds. Buccee will be adopted under a neuter contract, with his procedure to be completed between 6 months and 1 year of age.
Ideal Home
Buccee is a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and children. He absolutely loves to play with his foster siblings in the yard and enjoys cozy belly rubs from his foster parents. While he would thrive with a canine companion to show him the ropes, it's not a requirement. Buccee would also love a home with a securely fenced yard or an active family who can help him burn off his puppy energy.
Ongoing Health
Buccee will be fully vaccinated and microchipped before adoption. He will also be neutered between 6 months and 1 year of age as part of his adoption contract.
Training & Support
As a young puppy, Buccee is not yet fully potty trained, but he is learning quickly! We're seeking a patient family committed to continuing his potty training journey. He is also working on crate training and currently does well in a baby-gated area. We strongly encourage all adopters of puppies under one year old to enroll in puppy obedience classes to help them succeed.

Transportation
Buccee is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX. Due to border patrol restrictions, adopters will be required to travel to Blaine, WA to pick up their new pup. Buccee is eligible for transport to an adopter as soon as arrangements are made.
