Zinnia

Zinnia is a sweet brindle girl who, along with her sister Daisy, arrived at our shelter in July. When they first came to us, they were very fearful of the world and struggled with basic interactions. Through consistent work, patience, and the dedication of our staff and volunteers, Zinnia has slowly begun to trust. Her sister, Rose, has already found her forever home, and now Zinnia and Daisy are ready for their chance at a happy ending! We believe that continuing in a kennel environment will hinder their progress, and they would thrive in specialized foster homes where they can decompress and build their confidence.

Ideal Home

Zinnia needs a calm, patient home where she can decompress and learn at her own pace. She must have another confident dog in the home to act as a role model, as she learns best by observing and following a canine companion. A fenced-in yard is essential, as she loves to run and play once she feels safe.
