Hi, I'm Copper! I'm a distinguished gentleman of about 10 years old, weighing in at a solid 65 pounds. I'm a handsome husky/malamute mix who's already neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. I'm heartworm negative and generally doing very well, especially for my age. I'm a classic husky at heart, which means I absolutely adore being outside, soaking up fresh air and having plenty of space to explore. While I have a friendly personality and a confident presence, I can also be a little dramatic in that endearing husky way. I might have a few strong opinions, but it's all part of my charm! I get along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, and I'd be happy to join a home with furry siblings or be the sole star of the show. My activity level is pretty mellow these days; I still enjoy a good stroll and some outdoor time, but I'm also perfectly content to lounge around and relax with my favorite humans.
Ideal Home
I thrive in a home with a fenced yard, as my outdoor time is one of my favorite parts of the day. I'm looking for a family that appreciates a calmer pace and understands my unique husky personality. Ongoing Health
I do have some slight weakness in my back legs, but it doesn't seem to affect my overall quality of life or slow me down. I still enjoy getting around and doing all the things I love!
Training & Support
I'm a well-behaved boy who is already house trained and crate trained. I also do okay on leash. My confidence can sometimes come across as a bit dominant, but it's usually just me expressing my opinions!
