Remarkable Riley

Hi Everybody! I'm Remarkable Riley, a happy, handsome little guy of about 10 months old, and here to tell you that life is one big adventure! My foster Mom says I'm curious, funny, loving, and incredibly smart. Personally, I just think there are so many interesting things to see, sniff, investigate, and learn that I don't want to miss a thing!

Mom says I'm a bit of a genius. In just a couple of weeks, I learned all about this thing called "house training" and now I let her know when I need to go outside by sitting down and staring right at her. Pretty clever, right? I learn new things very quickly and am always eager to figure out what's happening around me. If you're wondering whether I'm curious, the answer is YES! My nose is involved in absolutely everything.

One of my favorite things in the whole world is being close to my people. At bedtime, I put my head on Moms pillow and settle in nearby. Then, every so often, I hop up, give her a bunch of kisses, and snuggle right next to her again. Mom says I'm a world-class cuddler, and I have to admit she might be right!

I love other dogs and enjoy meeting children, too. With new people I can be a little cautious at first, but once I realize they're friendly, I warm up quickly. Every day I become more confident and comfortable, and my sweet personality shines through.

Did I mention that I LOVE car rides? I really do! Moms car is in the shop right now, and every time we go outside I look around for it, hoping we're headed off on another adventure. Whether it's a walk around the neighborhood or a ride somewhere fun, I'm always ready to go.

I'm a healthy, active little fellow who is a schnoodle (that's a poodle and schnauzer mix) who enjoys long walks and lots of exercise (I'm still a puppy, you know). But after all that exploring, I'm perfectly happy to curl up beside my favorite people and cuddle. Mom says I'm the complete package: smart, affectionate, playful, and full of joy.

My BFK Aunties say that the family who adopts me is going to be very lucky. I dream about having a forever home where I can learn new things, go on adventures, give lots of kisses, and be someone's best friend for life.

Training & Support

I'm house-trained and let my foster mom know when I need to go outside. I learn new things very quickly and am always eager to figure out what's happening around me. My foster mom says I'm becoming an amazing dog, and I'm looking for a family willing to continue my training and help me grow.
