Chook AKA Chaz JuM

Chook, also known as Chaz JuM, is a charming Bully Breed mix with a luxurious red coat and a pair of delightfully quirky ears. Weighing in at around 42 pounds, he’s not a big dog, but he has a big personality! Chook’s journey to finding his forever home has been an eventful one. He was rescued from a situation where a well-meaning bystander could no longer provide the care he needed. Fortunately, he landed with foster parents who happen to be professional dog trainers! They’ve been working with Chook, teaching him valuable skills like "sit," "down," "place," and how to respond to leash guidance.

Ideal Home

Chook can be shy at first, but once he warms up, he’s a bundle of playful energy! He loves to express himself vocally and enjoys zooming around the backyard like a happy goofball. He would do well in a home with older teenagers but needs to be in an environment without young children due to his very mouthy play style.
