Charlie is a very smart, sweet, and loving dog who was rescued from an area of Houston, TX known for being a place where people dump dogs. He was found by a good Samaritan and made safe. He enjoys playing with other dogs and playing fetch. Charlie is an active boy who would love to be part of any adventures! He has learned some tricks and will do just about anything for food. He is more than ready to find his furever home.
