Ongoing Health
All rescue dogs receive medical care before adoption and are placed only after they are ready for a home. This includes being spayed or neutered (if age appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed.
Training & Support
Unless specifically stated in the dog's bio, assume potty training is still in progress. Many rescue dogs come from difficult backgrounds and may need patience, consistency, and training in their new home.

Transporation
Hope is currently fostered in Adair County, KY. Transport is available to approved adopters in Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; Washington, Pennsylvania; and Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania. Transport is available only after application approval, deposit payment, and signing a transport agreement.
