Lou thrives on affection and will melt into your touch, making him a wonderfully affectionate companion. He's also dog-friendly and would do well with confident, established adult dogs who can show him the ropes, but he's equally happy as an only dog. Lou is doing great with potty training (about 85% success rate) and is highly motivated by treats, making him an eager learner. He is also crate trained and settles nicely after an initial protest. Lou would do best in a home with experienced dog owners who can provide structure and clear boundaries, preferably with a backyard.
