Cartier, also known as Cardi B, is a joyful and energetic 1-year-old, 40-50 lb lean pup who was rescued in Texas. He's a highly adaptable companion who perfectly matches your energy levels. Cartier is an ideal partner for long walks but is also content to snuggle up on the couch with you on rainy days. He's surprisingly calm and gentle at home, loves cuddles and belly rubs, and is perfectly happy playing with his chew toys (especially rubber ones!) independently. He respects boundaries and knows what areas are off-limits. Cartier has faced significant changes early in his life but remains joyful and carefree, inspiring resilience in those around him. He possesses a unique ability to sense and match the energy of those he's with. While he can play a bit rough with other big dogs at the dog run, he is incredibly gentle, deferential, and sweet at home. Cartier is smart and trainable, already knowing "sit" and is learning to sit and wait for food and before being leashed or having his paws cleaned. He can be mouthy during play but is very gentle and responsive to gentle redirection. He's truly a good boy!
