Meet Rhodes – Your Smart and Active Adventure Buddy! Rhodes is a handsome 1-year-old boy who is the perfect companion for someone who loves the outdoors. As a Border Collie/Jindo mix, he is highly intelligent and eager to please, making him a joy to train and bond with. Rhodes is a "one-person" or "one-family" dog at heart. He can be a bit shy with strangers initially, but once he trusts you, he is incredibly affectionate and devoted. He is a quiet boy indoors—he doesn't have separation anxiety and doesn't bark without reason, though he may give a quick alert bark when the doorbell rings to let you know a guest has arrived!

Rhodes would thrive in a home that appreciates an active lifestyle. Whether it’s a long walk in the park or a weekend hike, he’s ready to be your shadow. Because he is so smart and food-motivated, he would love a family that enjoys teaching him new tricks!

Ongoing Health

Rhodes is up to date on all vaccinations. Preventatives are administered on the 3rd of every month.

Training & Support

Rhodes is outdoor potty trained. He is very responsive to guidance—if he gets a little excited on the leash, a simple correction is all he needs to walk nicely by your side again. While he can be a little cautious in new environments, he gains confidence quickly with a patient leader.
