Tessa is a delightful adult female Shepherd mix, described by one volunteer as a "teeny tiny little pocket Shep." She's quiet and well-behaved in her kennel, easy to handle, and very treat motivated. Tessa even offered a cute little paw for photos, showing her eagerness to learn and connect. Like many dogs, she can be a bit shy when meeting new people and will need some time to decompress in a new environment. However, once she's comfortable, her playful and social side shines through, as evidenced by her happy interactions and play with younger pups during her assessment. She enjoys making new friends and would likely thrive with a little guidance and consistency.
