This 17lb bundle of joy answers to Doug, Douglas, or Dougie Fresh, and his main goal in life is to be part of your world. Doug is a social butterfly, making fast friends with strangers and getting along famously with other dogs and cats. He's already mastered house-training and even figured out the doggy door! Doug thrives on a predictable routine, and when he's got that, he's a breeze to care for. His favorite pastimes include cozying up on the couch for a Sunday nap or happily gnawing on a chew bone. And when the day is done, he loves nothing more than to snuggle up with his favorite human at night.

Ideal Home

Doug would do well in a variety of settings, from a slow-paced brewery to a restaurant porch or even a small office. His family should be aware that he can get a bit mouthy when excited, so a home with older children or no small children would be best.

Doug is generally healthy and has no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

Doug is house-trained and crate-trained. He can get a little mouthy when excited, so gentle redirection will help him learn to manage his enthusiasm.
