McBolt is a handsome little chiweenie mix with a distinctive white lightning bolt marking on his chest! He's currently 6 weeks old and weighs about 4 pounds, with an estimated adult weight of 16-20 pounds. He's one of six playful siblings, and while his mom is a lovely brindle chiweenie, his dad is unknown. True to his name, McBolt is curious, courageous, and full of energy, often trying to scale his enclosure! He's a very sweet and affectionate pup who loves to tumble with his littermates and enjoys plenty of playtime. He's friendly, adores his foster mom, and patiently waits his turn for cuddles. McBolt dreams of a cozy bed, lots of belly rubs, exciting backyard adventures, and a loving family to call his own.
Ideal Home
McBolt is looking for a home where he can get plenty of love and attention. A family that enjoys playtime and outdoor adventures would be a perfect fit for this energetic pup.
Ongoing Health
McBolt will be microchipped before transport and has age-appropriate vaccinations. Our rescue does not spay or neuter puppies until they are about 6 months old. Adopters will receive a $100 rebate once this procedure is completed. He will benefit from adopters who understand that he may need a little time to adjust to his new environment.
Training & Support
McBolt is a playful puppy who is learning to navigate the world. As he grows, he will benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement training to help him settle into his forever home.

Transportation
McBolt is currently being fostered near Houston, TX. He can be transported to your area once a month via a dedicated rescue transport service. Once approved, you will be included in a group chat to track his journey.
