Transportation

Pecan is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, TN & KY, IL, IN, WA, & OH. We offer custom transports when needed. Our transport buses are equipped with air conditioning, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey on a private Facebook Event page with photos, updates, and communication with other adopters. Our Adoption Coordinator will help you find the closest transport pickup location. Transportation fees range from $150-$500. Pets picked up at our Angleton, TX location have a fee of $75. This fee covers transport and includes all vetting: DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, FVCRP vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
