Callie

Callie is a sweet, 6-year-old Lab/Catahoula mix who weighs around 50 lbs. Her world was turned upside down through no fault of her own, and she was left behind by a family that could no longer care for her. Despite this heartbreaking experience, Callie remains incredibly loving and has a kind soul. She finds comfort in the companionship of other dogs and thrives on routine. Callie takes treats gently, adores belly rubs, and is a wonderful alert dog, always aware of her surroundings. She was kept safe at a rescue for months, hoping for her original family to return, but ultimately, she was surrendered. Callie waits with hope and a heart full of love, longing to be chosen, cherished, and loved forever.
