Foxy (Spayed) (Updated Photos June 23rd 2026)

Foxy is a beautiful female Australian Shepherd/Husky mix puppy with a tan-and-white coat, a long tail, and precious dark brown eyes. She came to HSOV on February 11, 2026, with her four siblings after being found fending for themselves. Foxy was full of playful puppy energy and loved fun and games. She went to a foster home who planned to adopt her, but unfortunately, Foxy was returned on June 20, 2026, due to her fascination with chewing electrical cords. She was spayed on April 13, 2026. Foxy was again fostered on July 3, 2026, but was returned on July 8, 2026, as she chased the resident cats and barked at men and teenage boys.

Ideal Home

Foxy would thrive in a home that can supervise her closely and redirect her chewing behaviors away from electrical cords. Due to her reaction to cats, a home without them would be ideal. She also gets upset and barks at men and teenage boys, so a home without them would be best.

Ongoing Health

Foxy was spayed on April 13, 2026. She is prone to car sickness.

Training & Support

Foxy needs training and supervision to deter her from chewing electrical cords and wiring. She also needs to learn to be comfortable around men and teenage boys.
