About Dill Pickle
Meet Dill Pickle, a handsome German Shepherd who's approaching his 6th birthday but still has all the energy and enthusiasm of a much younger pup! He absolutely loves to play fetch, go for walks, and investigate anything that moves. Dill Pickle thrives on companionship and would prefer to be the center of your world, showering you with affection and staying by your side as your loyal shadow. He's very treat-motivated and eager to learn, though he might not always be aware of his own size – personal space is just an invitation for more cuddles! After a good play session, Dill Pickle is content to relax with his people, enjoying quiet evenings and the simple pleasure of being near you. His biggest wish is a home of his own to celebrate his birthday and enjoy a lifetime of love.
Ideal Home
Dill Pickle would love a home where he can be the center of attention and receive plenty of companionship. He enjoys having canine friends but truly thrives on a one-on-one connection with his humans.

Dill Pickle is a "Little Hero" and has been vetted, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, spay/neuter, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipping.
Training & Support
Dill Pickle is treat-motivated and eager to learn. While he is generally well-behaved, continued training efforts and understanding will help him be the best dog he can be. Our team provides behavior and medical care, including socialization, leash training, and basic commands, to prepare our "Little Heroes" for adoption.

Transportation
Dill Pickle is available for transportation in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH, LA. AZ transport is coming soon. Transportation fees range from $100-$500, with private custom transport routes and destinations available upon request. Texas adopters have a $250 flat rate fee for transport within the state. All animals on transport buses or vans are cared for by onboard attendants with 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey through a private Facebook Event page. Pick-up locations will be coordinated by an Adoption Coordinator to find the closest option for you. For pick-ups at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee.
