Meet Dill Pickle, a handsome German Shepherd who's just shy of his 6th birthday and still has plenty of energy for adventure and cuddles! Dill Pickle loves to play fetch, go for long walks, and is always eager to investigate anything that moves. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he truly shines when he's the center of attention and would love to be your loyal shadow. He's incredibly treat-motivated and eager to learn, though he might not always be aware of his own size when he's seeking affection. Personal space is just more room for cuddles in Dill Pickle's book! After a good play session, he's happy to relax by your side, soaking up affection and enjoying being close to his people. His biggest wish is a loving home to call his own, a comfy couch, and a family to share his days with.

Dill Pickle is treat-motivated and eager to learn. He understands that rescue dogs require continued training efforts and a patient approach, and he's well on his way to being the best dog he can be!

Transporation
Dill Pickle is available for transport to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH. AZ transport is coming soon. Transportation ranges from $100-500, with private custom transport routes and destinations available upon request. Texas adopters have a $250 flat rate fee for transport within the state. Transport vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey through a private Facebook Event page with photos and updates. Pick-up locations will be coordinated by our Adoption Coordinator. For those picking up at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee.
