Barbara is a sweet, shy girl who is just over a year old. She's a gentle soul who takes a little time to warm up to new people, but there's absolutely no aggression in her. Barbara prefers to hang back and observe, often letting other dogs soak up the attention while she quietly longs for love from a distance. When she's alone with someone, she slowly starts to come closer, showing her curiosity and willingness to connect. Despite her timid nature, there's a beautiful spark in Barbara that tells us she's ready to blossom into a wonderful companion with the right person. Everyone who meets her is drawn to her quiet charm.

Ideal Home

Barbara would thrive in a quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. A patient and compassionate adopter who can gently show her that love isn't something to be afraid of is essential. While she may not be the life of the party at a dog park, she will be a devoted companion in a calm environment. A home with at least one other dog would be incredibly beneficial, as she already gravitates towards a dog in her foster home and having a canine friend will help her feel even more confident.
