Moose

Meet Moose, a handsome 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs 52 pounds. He's a very sweet and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Moose is quite curious about cats, though they might not always return the sentiment!

This delightful pup enjoys the simple pleasures in life: outings to coffee shops, car rides, long sniffy walks, playing with squeaky plush toys, sunbathing, and of course, lots of belly rubs.

Moose is already potty and kennel trained and has mastered commands like place, sit, down, middle, paw, wait, and free. He's a very smart boy, eager to learn, and really thrives with a structured environment. He is currently working on his loose-leash walking skills and is improving every day! Squirrels are still a bit of a distraction for him, as he's convinced they want to be friends and sometimes forgets his manners in his excitement.

Ideal Home

Moose would do best with an active family who enjoys spending time outdoors and wants to include him in all of life's adventures. He'll thrive with continued guidance and a loving home that embraces his zest for life.

Ongoing Health

Moose is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Moose is working on loose-leash walking and can sometimes get overly excited when he sees squirrels. With consistent training and positive reinforcement, he'll continue to flourish.
