Rascal was rescued as an abandoned and very shy puppy, but with some TLC, he's blossomed into a handsome, playful, and confident pup in his foster home. He has an average energy level, making him a fantastic companion for a home that's both calm and active. Rascal loves to relax by your side and be near his person, but he also enjoys a good run! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and truly loves playing with them. Rascal is waiting for someone to give him the love and security he deserves.
