Tank

Tank is a year-old Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix who is incredibly well-behaved for a puppy. During his time in foster care, he has become accustomed to city living and is a loving, sweet, and easygoing companion. He's already mastered many skills, including car rides, leash walking, baths, vet visits, greeting strangers and children, potty training, using a slow feeder, taking medication with peanut butter, chewing on appropriate items, sleeping in his crate overnight without accidents, and making friendly on-leash greetings with approved dogs. He also enjoys car washes and dog-friendly patios, and loves to snuggle after a day of activity.

Ideal Home

Tank would do well in a home with or without other dogs, but he definitely needs a household that can provide plenty of activity and attention.

Ongoing Health

Tank is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

As a big puppy, Tank still needs some guidance. He's working on relaxing in his crate or on a tether at home, taking breaks from rough play, practicing commands beyond "sit" and "come," maintaining neutrality when encountering other dogs on walks, and managing his prey drive towards cats and squirrels.
