Meet Sunny! This handsome, 9-year-old, 70lb pittie mix is a bundle of joy and pure sunshine. Sunny is a playful, goofy boy with a huge heart and an infectious enthusiasm for life. He thrives on spending time with his people, showering them with kisses and showing off his many tricks. Sunny has been living with a professional trainer, so he has an excellent foundation in obedience, knows commands like "sit," "down," "stay," and "place," and is eager to continue learning. He is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and settles nicely in his kennel overnight.
Ideal Home
Sunny has a moderate energy level and would love an active family or couple who will include him in daily walks, playtime, and family activities. He walks well on a leash but can get excited when he sees other dogs, so he'll need calm guidance and redirection. Sunny is playful with medium to large dogs but needs slow, proper introductions and continued guidance as he can be overly enthusiastic. He would do well with a balanced, tolerant dog or would be perfectly happy as the one and only pet. Sunny loves meeting new people and can get mouthy when excited, so he'd do best with older, dog-savvy children (10+) who can help reinforce good manners and respect his boundaries.
