Meet Marvel – The Mighty Cuddle Athlete!

Marvel is a 6-year-old, 60lb American Staffordshire Terrier/American Bulldog mix who’s equal parts cuddle bug and powerhouse athlete. This strong, smart boy is crate, house, and leash trained, and would thrive as someone’s running buddy or even a dog sport star. Marvel LOVES fetch, all toys (especially balls), and crashing on the couch for cuddles after playtime. He’s also a bit of an escape artist—this boy is strong and can scale a fence—so he must be kept on leash and supervised at all times. He has so much potential and just needs the right person to give him the chance he deserves.

Ideal Home

Marvel needs a home that understands his big energy and dominant personality. He requires an only-dog household, as he is not a good fit with other dogs. His prey drive is very high, so he cannot live with cats or small pets. Older children who can handle enthusiastic greetings and occasional jumps would be a good fit. An assertive owner who can provide consistent structure and plenty of love will help Marvel thrive. Due to his strength and escape artistry, he must be kept on leash and supervised at all times when outdoors.

Marvel is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Marvel is crate, house, and leash trained. He has already completed training with Tail to Tail Training, and they are generously donating a refresher course and lifetime group sessions to support his forever family.
