Rizzo is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and has been dewormed.

Training & Support

As with many young dogs, Rizzo is still developing his manners. We believe with consistent positive reinforcement and plenty of engagement, he will become a well-behaved companion.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $500.
• A $100 spay/neuter deposit is refundable once proof of spay/neuter is provided within the adoption agreement's timeframe.
• Alternatively, a total adoption fee of $750 includes a complimentary spay/neuter voucher for the Potter League Spay & Neuter Clinic in Warwick, RI, which covers surgery, pain medication, and an e-collar. Please note, their wait time is typically 3-6 months.
• Massachusetts residents, or adopters receiving a pet from a Massachusetts foster or facility, will incur an additional $150 MA Quarantine Fee. This fee helps cover costs associated with Massachusetts quarantine requirements, including 48-hour boarding, veterinary exams, microchipping with lifetime registration, a release day bath, and a martingale collar.

Transportation

Rizzo will arrive on 7/18/26 in Smithfield, RI (for non-MA residents) or will be available for pick-up on 7/20/26 from our quarantine facility in Westport, MA (for MA residents).
