Bambi is a 60-pound Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix with a goofy, affectionate, and wonderfully chill personality. He enjoys carrying toys, relaxing near his people, cuddling occasionally, and entertaining himself. He is gentle and has done well with dogs, cats, babies, and children.

Bambi can be jumpy and may accidentally bump into little ones or jump on guests, and his foster is working on it. He loves running around outside with his toys and would thrive with an attentive family.

Ideal Home

Bambi needs a home where someone is around most of the day and where he has access to a securely fenced yard. He must live indoors as part of the family.

Ongoing Health

Bambi's $500 adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. Dogs are also provided age-appropriate veterinary care, flea and heartworm prevention, and microchipping before adoption.

Training & Support

Bambi knows all basic commands and is potty trained. He loves walks, though he is still working on leash manners when squirrels and lizards are nearby. He strongly dislikes being crated and barks consistently while crated, especially when left alone; outside the crate, he is quiet and content.
