Harper is a beautiful Pittie mix, approximately 41 lbs, making her the "just right" size for someone who wants a big dog heart in a manageable, adventure-ready package. She recently met a 3-year-old and did wonderfully, showing gentle affection and proving she's a great fit for a home with children of all ages. Harper also met a feline friend and, while fascinated, she didn't give chase. She seems to think cats are small, funny-looking dogs that deserve a lot of attention. We believe she's willing to share her kingdom with a kitty, but a trial sleepover will be arranged to ensure they can officially become the bestest of buds! Harper is more than just a dog; she's a best friend gained. Whether exploring the great outdoors or snoring tucked under your arm, she'll be doing it with a wagging tail and 100% devotion. Ongoing Health
All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Harper is a well-rounded and adoption-ready dog who has undergone behavioral testing and modification as needed. She has been working on crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

Transporation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track your pet's journey in real-time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
